My sister in-law and young lab were attacked by a pit bull last weekend. The pit bull was being walked by a 12 yr old girl while her parents casually walked behind her. Once the pit bull saw my sister in law with her lab- The pitbull had an easy time getting loose and attacking them. They were on opposites sides of the street. What were these parents thinking [emoji2359]
