cleanliness and distance isn't a problem. The problem is the airflow system. I suppose if you could convert a plane from 150 passengers to 60 passengers, and then have the HVAC with a HEPA filter and some sort of other anti-bacterial/viral filtering (ultraviolet?), then maybe. But I suspect those tickets would be super expensive.
