The design of the Porsche 911 comes to light! The legendary silhouette of the 911, which is said to evoke movement, even when stationary, is the heart of this exclusive product of the Porsche Design brand. This all acrylic glass fixture dramatically illustrates the various evolutions of the 911's silhouette through its different generations, from 1963 until today. The concept is based on the product history wall at the Porsche Museum in Zuffenhausen, Germany, which similarly features the illustrated silhouettes of various Porsche models.
Porsche 901 (1963), Porsche 911 G (1973), Porsche 993 (1993), Porsche 996 (1997), Porsche 997 (2004) and Porsche 991 (2011) follow one another on transparent panels joined by an aluminum frame and bring to life. A true eye-catcher for any desk.
The silhouettes illuminate individually, alternately or simultaneously. Each model has a touch button and a dedicated display. A program makes it possible to visualize each model one after the other in a global sequence, a particularly effective means of visualizing the evolution of the different silhouettes.
