What platform are you watching it on? I was trying to use it on Prime/Fire TV. Their app sux and it has for a long time. It would usually freeze up on commercials. Its been a known issue for a long time. I finally canceled the subscription after they made no effort to fix the problem. Wasn't worth the frustration.
