The Captain did the right thing to up channel his concerns of the combat readiness of his command and his concern for his sailors health.
Whoever leaked this info to the press is a traitor/enemy to the United States, and the Media Outlets that published the info are also traitors/enemies to the US. Essentially providing vital intelligence to those who wish to harm us.
The vessel is vulnerable with 4/5th of the crew gone, no doubt the Navy will do everything to protect the TR.
I am a FIRM believer of the concept of “Need to Know.”
