Interesting shots JC!
I used to shoot tons of B/W, the bulk of them while I was attending photography courses in college.
Learned to control exposures via the "zone" system and improved my printing techniques in a darkroom... back in the early 80s.
And then digital photography came along and those skills rusted up big time.
Digital handles black & white or color without all the delightful chemicals.
Interceptor update- shes got fresh oil, antifreeze and fuel. I disconnected the fuel to carb feed line and the electrical lead to the fuel pump. Filled up the tank and it feeds fine gravity style.
However, when I jumper-ed the fuel pump with fuel petcock on it makes a not so happy sound and doesn't pump any fuel.
Bummer.
New pump ordered.
Before all that I replaced the fuel filter too.
It's supposed to be changed every 24k and the bike only has 21K on it... I decided that it not only harbored 25 year old fuel, but it could be plugged up too so it got replaced
Good lord is it ever buried!
Behind and under the electrical panel
Found it!
This odd tank had to come out first- It's part of the PCV system, antifreeze has it's own expansion tank
Another challenge- I need to create a side tank rubber pad out of a stopper. The bike is supposed to have 2, 1 is MIA.
Any suggestions for best ways to carve rubber?
