Today's projects..............
First off I did an oil and filter change on my Jaguar XJS convertible. The filter hides up under the intake manifold and stuff so changing the filter has to be done from underneath. Fortunately, I have a two post lift in the shop so getting it up into the air was easy. Also, the drain plug is probably the biggest one I've ever seen. It takes a 30mm wrench! Once I got all the old stuff out of the engine, it took 9 qts of oil to fill back up to the dipstick mark! Got cleaned up, ate lunch and then started doing some work on my bicycle (Specialized Hard Rock mountain bike). The original derailleur shifters had gone south so I replaced both units on the handlebars. That went pretty well with just a bit of adjusting left to do tomorrow.
