I have a Zephyr insert that was done during the remodel. The ducting is insulated and 8 inch and goes out into the garage where we had to box it in, etc per code. It also came with a make-up air kit that opens fresh air ducting in the basement. On the highest speed its a bit noisy but not terrible.
It has a remote though for some odd reason.
