And I really really like it.
This all makes me reconsider my life trajectory.
I didn't know I could live without running / pushing. I bet my resting heart rate is down 5-10 BPM.
There is an upside to this crises. I have seen a wide range of life choices that I didn't know existed.
And that, is truely a blessing.
