I agree that testing will be essential to re-opening our nation and economy, but first rules and regulations that control the development of such testing will need to be relaxed. A fast track system must be used so that innovation is not choked by bureaucracy. Safe guards yes, red tape no.

Sneeze guards required between customer and employee where transactions take place.
One way aisle travel with no passing allowed.
Sanitizers required at all cash registers.
Restaurants carry out only.
Mandatory - ish mask.
No social gatherings.
