posted a new thread and got some feedback on LS7. but Larry got a 700hp modified LS7 from MAST, think I'll just stay with a measly 505 hp stock LS7.
was asking about not reversing the intake on another thread. initial response was you cant. the TB would go against the panel with the rear deck lock plate.
but I will revisit this at some point. I plan to use locking pins on both corners of the rear deck lid and eliminate the latch anyway. same with the hood. no rusty wires to break and lock me out.
I have two DP extended tails, one perfect and one that came on the car and has some heat damage from the broken muffler burning the engine bay wiring.
so I am open to modifying the area of the rear where the deck lid latch goes and the rear of the tail to keep the intake pointing to the rear of my car if possible without too much of a hack job. reversing the intake OK too, but I have a tendency to want to do stuff different.....
