Motorized boating is not considered a physical activity so it is banned. Kayaking or canoeing
are considered physical activity and so are not banned
so long as everybody in the canoe or kayak is a member of the same family.
There appears to be a controversy regarding whether or not landscaping is an essential activity. At first it was OK for a 89 year old lady to mow her lawn but she could not hire a 16 year old to do it for her. Nobody knows the answer right now. However, you cannot go to the store to buy a plant or grass seed or whatever but you can go to buy lottery tickets and booze.
