Another boring update

I am happy to report I have performed the last single-armed heat exchanger bench press for a while (I hope).

I used a reduced hex (12mm) copper coated conical lock nut on the exhaust port flanges. The diameter of these (and a quality 12mm socket) is only slightly larger than the factory barrel nuts and fits easy through the access tunnels in the heat exchangers.

Last look at how nice and clean it is under there - hope it stays that way!

The left side heater ducting was easiest to install with the HE hanging down slightly, but when all was said and done there is a good 1/4" of clearance in this area.

Right side wasn't easy - The heat exchangers lose more points from a perfect score because the diameter of the duct attachment in the right one was oversized and the aluminum-foil duct was pretty tough to jimmy onto it.

The packaging on these motors is pretty cool. That's a lot of junk to stuff in the trunk!
