A couple of months ago I saw an OT post of Dean's with the "banned" wording under his username, and I've also noticed not seeing Terv posting, but have not seen an old post of his showing he is banned (would be surpriesed about that, since he mostly steered clear of the shiit slinging, unlike Dean who was always in the center of any fecal storm.
