Another thing... Look at the trigger diagnostics tab. There is a tooth logger and trigger logger that are quite useful. Keep adjusting trim pots until you see nice even tooth pulses including the "skipped" tooth and a nice even trigger log. The voltage in the trigger log will be rpm dependent.

BTW, disconnect the fuel pump relay (fuse) as well as your ignition when doing these tests. Good idea to also pull the plugs. I usually see about 240-270 cranking rpm in a 911. This should be the window you are shooting for.
