I've cracked all 4 of my tow mirrors glass. I ordered the parts from the dealer I bought the truck from new, and picked them up. Noticed they don't fit as I'm trying install them in the parking lot. My factory mirror/backing plates do not have any mopar markings. The part number does not come up in there system. The parts guy tells me they're aftermarket... Manager was gone for the day.
Unreasonable to ask for new oem towing mirrors, and new oem glass?
