Bought my 3000GT from the dealer.

Came with 3 sets of keys.

Misplaced the one set I always used so pulled out the backups.

Wrong keys, didn't fit the car.

Finally fins my daily set, toss the wrong ones in the glove and forget about it.

Had to take in for service so while I'm there hand the service writer the wrong keys and ask for replacement sets that actually fit the car.

Go to pick up car after service and there's $300.00 ish on the bill for the replacement sets.

Uhmm, dude, I'm not paying you to fix your mistake.

He stands firm, If I want new keys for the car it's gonna cost me.

Waiting room was packed, I made sure everyone clearly heard the rest of the conversation.

Did not get to finish expressing my utter disappointment at their lack of customer service and unwillingness to correct THEIR mistake but I did get the keys I needed replaced for free which was the point.
