The red trace across the bottom is apparently sync losses. The idea is to make that a flat, red line. I think once I get that sorted, I'll be closer yet.

This game of incremental advancement is tedious. But IDK any other way aside from paying someone else to figure it out. And what kind of low-budget build would that be?

I'm going to ride my bike after work today. I think a day off from the car will do me some good.
