"Jointly and severally liable" is the usual legal clause.
Which equals= Every signer.

A). I believe most sales of rental property usually includes the leases being carried over.
(this might be contestable)
B). Any new hostile emails from new owners which might violate original contract conditions might be justifiable cause to nullify such original contract.
(this might be contestable)
C). If other new tenants pay rents for the same property, concurrently, at the same time the owner is making unpaid rent claims against you, that might constitute obtuse fraud.
(All your damages expenses travel hotel food and other costs might apply)
