. NC's plan was announced on Wed. and would seem to be a "model" upon what the fed is now suggesting (my Senator is on the task force...so who knows?) We've got better leaders, technology, and private sector tools than many, if not most states. Other states might be better off following the fed guidelines...but that's their call.
We need the feds help, but they can't lead NC from behind either.
It's not political to me....we will do it better than what the feds are proposing...we're smarter
