I don't even used the advanced festures on mine, nor have I set mom's up that way either.
Just push the start button. The AI is indeed pretty slick....my Lab confuses the lasers a bit. I actually watched mine "learn" the layout and become more efficient the first few times I used it...then got bored. They just work better without a curious dawg
