Got the old bed out - wasn't too bad of a job. And washed out all the dirt that had collected over the past 15 years - most of it after I got that split in the center.
I will work on some of the rusted spots before installing the new liner. Probably just spray some converter on them and then a coat of spray enamel.
Took her for a spin after getting it cleaned out and it felt a lot lighter!
