Okay here's what I would do if you were my friend that I knew you. I would help you change the oil pressure switch and the thermostat o-ring for the in block thermostat. Adjust valves. Look for obvious vacuum leaks. Reinstall engine. New engine oil and filter. Clean the engine oil off the outside of the engine and the bottom. Check to see where clean engine oil is leaking out. You may have a leak at the oil cooler, in which case it would be the oil cooler o-rings. at this point you need to check fuel pressure, ignition timing, and ideally borrow or buy a wideband O2 sensor to check your mixture ratio.
