To play devil's advocate...the fact that it's an "E" should make it easily worth the ask, BUT, it doesn't have the E engine (the very thing that makes an E so collectible), it's got a carbureted 2.7 with head studs that "checked OK." It's got some expensive suspension mods, but are they the ones you'd have used? The fenders have been flared, no pics or info to indicate the quality of the work, but in any case, it's a longhood with an altered body, so now you've eliminated a big chunk of longhood buyers. The interior is a little ratty. No pics of the underside, what's the rust situation like?

And...it's a Targa. "Hotrod Targa" is an oxymoron.
