I think it will be car safety.
My guess is more lives will have "been saved" by people not driving than CV. --Average car death is 102 per DAY in the US. Furthermore, those deaths often are on the younger side. (Won't somebody think of the children!?)
So, everyone get out the bus-pants, big daddy govt has a metal tube to pack you into. Here's a face mask, you'll be fine.
