This is being used as an election year stunt to wrest power. Nothing more, nothing less. There are forces currently in power that will stop at nothing to ensure that pain, misery and suffering are levied upon us until November. If that doesn’t get the result they want, they’ll ratchet it up to the maximum they’re able just to punish us - to whatever extent they’re still able to.

Unfortunately when “Russia, Russia, Russia” failed and so did impeachment, they didn’t just go away. This is the latest act, capitalizing on a crisis to effect a result.
