They’re tasty and nutritious.

My 16 and 21 y.o love Kale chips. They buy a bag, season it and I think toast it in the oven. It's really not bad but I like my tater chips.

My neighbor planted Kale as a cover crop two years ago and my kids were begging me to go cut some for them.
