Same goes for the prosecutor who reviewed/OK'd the no-knock warrant request, and the judge who signed off on it (if the lawyer's account is to be believed).
I mean, a no-knock issued for a non-violent prohibited-possessor charge? With no evidence other than a "public complaint"? At this stage, it sure doesn't sound like an imminent danger/public threat situation, nor is it a case where "destruction of evidence" would be a concern, which are the primary justifications for no-knocks. Nucking futs...
