There is a lot of information missing. I know nothing about this case other than the attached article. Why was Lemp prohibited from owning firearms? Most of the time, it is because the person is a convicted felon or mentally ill. A no-knock nighttime warrant is approved by a judge who reviews the danger level of the wanted person. The officer has to justify why it is safer to serve it during "off-hours" because it is safer. How did the officer shoot Lemp through the walls or window? A lot of questions need to be answered before any judgments can be made. Just my thoughts.
