i am on loan to another department within my organization. i didnt give up any of my original duties, so i am essentially doing TWO jobs. on five projects. nobody else has more than TWO projects, and they only work within their original scope.

(i should cut/paste his email, but i wont). his emails are written by someone without the command of the written language. i ALWAYS need to ask for clarification. i do realize i suck at typing on this forum, but for work i pre-type everything important in WORD and paste it into emails.

he assigns work with ZERO value. generate huge reports and they never see the light of day. i could type a spaghetti recipe in one and he would never find it.

i am done. i am pulling back to my regular job assignment. i am wasting energy just poking holes in his stuff. i realize i am doing it but i just cant help myself.
