So I spent this past Sunday enjoying a social distancing exercise with my son. Gotta say I really enjoyed my time on this '08 Hypermotard - such a fun experience, great seating position, fun noises, easy to ride. My son recently entered the bike scene and will be leaving for the Navy towards the end of the year. I was not planning to re-enter the riding scene so soon but have started looking at classifieds. I have sat on the newer versions but not ridden. I really liked the raw look/feel/sound of the '08 - the one pictured has 30K miles on it and was very nice.
Anyone have tips, warnings, suggestions with this Ducati line? I want to keep total price in the $6-8K range and under 15K miles. Folks always say newer is better, just checking
