Wow, you guys are really getting down to business on your projects! Looking great.

Pretty much done with the framing on my current project (laundry room/1/2 bath remodel), and should be done with the roof sheathing tomorrow. Next, build a cricket, new shingles, tear out the old flat roof and install new ceiling joists ... then build up a raised floor with new floor joists to match the height in the rest of the house. Insulation and drywall can be done anytime after the exterior is finished.




I'll be glad when this is all done (preferably before the rainy season hits us), so I can get back to working on a few languishing automotive projects ...
