Why not just buy all the parts and do it yourself? I got my hands on an '87 944 motor and have it torn down in my garage. I have a list of everything down below I have purchased or will be purchasing:

-10.6:1 2.8L JE Pistons (from EBS Racing and in possession)
-944 Head shaved and P/P (currently still being machined)
-951 injectors (still looking for some)
-connecting rods and crank (3.0L stroke same as 944S2) if anyone out there knows if i can use 944S2 connecting rods or 968 ones please inform me, cuz JE Pistons isgonna charge me an arm and a leg
-Fuel Pressure Regulator
-Huntley Throttle body (coming soon)
-honed intake manifold (on its way)

I have much more crap at home still such as the bearings seals everything. Cost me about 3 grand for all this. When I am finished I am expecting at LEAST 205-210 HP at the crank; and more after intake exhaust, ignition and Autothority ECU.

Someone tell me if 944S2 connecting rods will work with a 2.5L so i can get a 3.0 stroke. if not then a 2.8 stroke will be just fine. I am looking to get about 11:1 or more compression outta this.
