You fear dying by something unseen and are hiding out from it (like self quarantine). Since COVID-19 is unseen and has created a lot of conscious and subconscious anxiety, I would put money on it. Any person, no matter how innocuous which could potentially bring you the virus brings your fear to such a rage against them, you dispatch them. You want to preserve yourself at all costs.
You also have underlying tendencies of rage and violence (but are otherwise a lovely person).
