I know this is an older post, but I am finding myself in the same position trying to order everything I could possibly need (thanks Covid) before I tear everything down.
I have a few questions, does anyone have photos of what I am going to find under my passenger seat (amp and wiring plugs)? Or photos of the DIN connection that is connected to the AMP under the seat?
Also, what is the wire coming off the DIN near the head unit? Is it a ground? Or does it send a signal to the amp? I'm not sure were it was originally connected and it seems weird that Porsche wanted to just hang free.
