I have a seal coming from Germany. They're very clear about what can and can't travel and communicate clearly. I was given the opportunity of waiting two weeks for shipment or cancelling the order. I chose to wait. No problem when communication is clear, which is what customers are owed, yes? I certainly feel that way about my customers but I don't have the struggle of high volume. Which only bolsters the case for making a blanket statement on the home page "We're living in interesting times, don't be surprised if things don't go as advertised."
