im with you. took them another week to get me my vacuum filter from Bissell in texASS after it was declared out on the truck for delivery. ordered one on amazon and it was here in two days. then of course the one from Bissell shows the day after the amazon one arrived!
lost my quad snow plow blade after delivering two of the three boxes for the kit.
I wish that when ordering online you could see who provides a vendor's shipping because if it is FEDEX I would surely look for another vendor that used someone else. the worst part of FE ground up here in my rural area is they contract with a company that loses as much as actually hits the porch, OR they delivery it to the USPS for final delivery. ive had them blame USPS twice for lost packages they have supposedly completed the hand of to the postal delivery.
just wondering as my final point here,,,, why the market place forum for this rant post? man up OP and put it in the tech forum for all to see. we are essentially unsupervised by pelican staff here unless somebody complains about a members post so it's really stunting your audience by posting it here.
