FedEx volume is at Christmas like levels right now. Except unlike Christmas, they didn't ramp up for this spike as it was un anticipated, obviously. Ecommerce transactions are about 50% higher vs this time in 2019. You don't just snap your fingers and scale up like that overnight.
So just chill and recognize these are not normal times.
