I'm just damned impressed that the OP is enough of an ichthyologist to understand that a Walleye is not a "pickerel" as has been maintained for decades by my ill-informed Canadian brotheren in eastern Canada.

As to your being out-of-pocket $.30 - I have little sympathy.

Canadians may disagree about the names of our fish but we are universally agreed that Americans (no offense intended) are disease laden, corona breathing zombies atm.
