I'm not familiar with 'Cam Hi' so I'm no help with that.
I use Nest Cam and they provide a time-line at the bottom of the screen which shows the last several hours. You can move it further back for past hours beyond that. Each time a movement is detected, there is a dot on the time-line. Just arrow over to the dot and it starts replaying what happened.
It's also HD quality.
