I agree, but I must admit those are pretty damn creative. Spending $100K on one though
When I was stationed in Germany in the 80's, I really enjoyed the concept of a neighborhood bar you could walk to. The combination of very limited/bad broadcast TV, wonderful summer nights that stayed light late, and the restaurant/bar that for all intents and purposes just looked like another house on the street were very appealing.
It was a better way to spend an evening that just watching TV sitting on the couch. So these are pretty cool, but a garage
is for cars (or other rolling stock).
