I buy "Outdoor Edge" knives by the bucket. I give them to my guys, and use them myself as my daily carry. The edge is razor-sharp and the best part is, you switch them out when they get dull. I put the used blades in a metal cigar tin and when it's full I duct tape it closed and drop them off in a sharps disposal.
