Yes or no. It depends on the whim of your prostate. It can be "OMG CODE RED EMERGENCY
YOU ARE GOING TO EXPLODE" until you get to the relief facility and then it's "Just needed a tinkle" or you unload like a race horse - over the course of 15 minutes.
