Tried to update mine online when I was told to on an emailed receipt. When I first got there the only thing I saw was a wrong phone number which I changed. I thought this was strange since my discount was accessed at the cash register using my right phone number.
I think just a few people are having problems. Many of the ones that do are unhappily making it known on the internet with many threatening to go to Home Depot. I want to find somebody that had problems and fixed them.
