Yes, like you, I am apparently one of the few. After receiving the 10% military discount successfully in the past, I received a notice last year that my info had to be updated. I immediately went and verified everything and received a response that I was good to go. The next thing I see is that my discount is not being applied when I make an in-store purchase???
It is a waste to try to rectify this at the physical store when the transaction is made; instead, they will tell you that this must be corrected online... I went back home (without my discount), logged back into Lowes.com, and saw that everything is good. Something is amiss with their system. If you are able to straighten this out please let me know how to do this.
