About five years back, while in the old town part of Cancun, I was walking down a fairly crowded city sidewalk. There was a cut-out in the sidewalk for an ornamental tree with a guy leaning into it. He had his forearm about head-high against the trunk of it.
I wondered if he was having a health problem and I was about to ask him if he was ok...then as I saw the stream.....
