Rare original item in NOS condition. This was a give-away at the original Vasek Polak dealership located at 356 Sepulveda Blvd. in Manhattan Beach, CA back in the 1960’s. I have always wondered how he snagged that address. It couldn’t possibly have been by chance. Take note of the phone number. That easily places this item in the early 60’s. I have a few of these available. They vary slightly in appearance but are comparable in condition.
