The star washer only comes off if you install the rennline steering support bushing. Im probably the only person who did both the 928 and the rennline fix for the loose steering wheel issue. The 928 sleeves could get same day so I went for it. It works but I like the idea of the rennline one that doesnt even need lubrication. So I swapped when it arrived and am going to keep it that way.
