or you just buy new steering wheel bearing and use just the teflon ring..it will last you another 20 years....if you have some little pieces dropped inside do not worry too much about it.The pieces are already so brittle there is no harm.If you choose to get the original bearing...remove the teflon ring.prior instlation remove the star ring.The teflon ring is good to grind of the little lip on the botom.To install it get same diameter pipe and push it on.Then the star ring and the C clip...

This lip i`m poiting the screwdriver,it will look with the sunshine clip on top and to push the sunshine clip on used flat head screwdriver .
Personally i do not recomend to anybody the 928 metal sleeve..it transfers too much vibration to the steering wheel.The Porsche disigners made it out of teflon for good reason....
