I think it may be a California only lender, but thought I would ask anyways.

They have a decent rate for a refinance right now, and most of the reviews seem to be as decent as one could expect from a lender.

Very, very simple company and website. They only have 4 products (15/30 year refinance and regular/jumbo).

Currently offering 2.99% rate and APR. Advertise no fee's at all, so if I verify that is actually true, can't see a reason not to pursue it.
